- Neck Pillow – this is the pillow that saved my life! It has helped so much with my neck pain. If you want some tips on how I use it check out my story highlights here!
- Vitamin C Serum – this is my favorite affordable Vitamin C serum. I use it every single morning. It helps with brightening, anti-aging, wrinkles, and dark spots. To store it, I’ll keep it in the box and in a dark drawer and avoid leaving it out on the counter.
- Vitamin C Eye Cream – This is the accompanying ice cream that I use as well in the mornings. It typically last me 4 to 5 months and I use it every single day!
- Effaclar – This is the toner that I use morning and night after cleansing. This toner helps unclog pores and remove dead skin cells.
- Tinted Sunscreen – I’ve tried a lot of tinted sunscreens and I always come back to this one. I use it every single day is the last step in my skin care routine. It is very light weight, blends well and gives you some coverage so I don’t even wear any cover-up. The sunscreen also qualifies for FSA/HSA funds!
- Chin Mask – This is the chin mask that I found during quarantine when trying to improve my self care routine! It helps tighten skin and works on that double chin! For best results, I would typically use it once a week and leave it on for several hours in the evening. You can even leave it on overnight if you want to.
- Carpet Tape – This is the rug tape that I use for all of my rugs. It’s safe for use on any flooring type, and doesn’t leave any residue. It’s also great for putting a rug on top of a carpet if you have some corners that roll up.
- Pillow Inserts – These are my washable and allergy friendly pillow inserts that I use for all my throw pillows. They fluff up great and I love the fact that you can wash them. I also put them in the dryer and you can use tennis balls or a wool dryer balls to flush them up further. I always size up on the inserts compared to the pillow covers. For example, for a 20 inch pillow cover I use a 22 inch pillow insert
- Pet Hair Remover – This pet hair roller is amazing at picking up pet hair on bedding upholstery and furniture. I actually just keep one in the bedroom so that if the dogs sleep on the bed, in the morning I can just quick roll up all the dog hair
- Omega Oil – This is the Omega supplement that I give Ruger, our black lab. He suffers from allergies and has always had very dry itchy skin. After using this for at least four weeks I noticed a significant improvement in his symptoms and his coat looks so much healthier now.
- Bark Stopper – This has been a lifesaver for us. I’ll use this to help control greetings and barking when someone is at the door. It creates an ultrasonic beep for the dogs that they respond to. You can also use it for behavior training.
12. Hyaluronic Serum – This serum Are use morning and night as the final serum in my skin care routine. It helps with fine lines and helps plump skin. I noticed a difference after using it consistently for about a month.
13. Magnesium Lotion – this is the lotion that I used during my pregnancy to help with pregnancy muscle cramps. But if you suffer from restless leg syndrome or muscle cramps in general this also can be affective. I would use it every night before bed, and then reapply during the night as needed. This was another one that after using consistently I noticed a big difference in my symptoms.
14. Retinol Eye Cream – This is the nighttime eye cream I use when not pregnant or nursing. It is the best for wrinkles and does not cause any sensitivity around my eyes.
15. Sunscreen – This is the sunscreen that I recommend for my pediatric patients, that I’m a uses and I also use as well. It is a physical sunscreen and not chemically-based.
16. Glycolic Serum – If you suffer from hyper pigmentation or melasma, this is a great serum that you can use at night to help your symptoms with it. I have used it during pregnancy and after pregnancy, to help with my melasma.
17. Spot Remover – I always make sure to keep the stain remover on hand it works so well on all sorts of stain types. I just spray and then keep blotting until the steam comes up.
18. Hoover Smartwash – This may be one of my favorite purchases ever. We have had this almost 4 years and it’s a must if you have dogs or kids. I use it on all of our rugs to keep them smelling fresh and looking nice and clean. Make sure to vacuum the rug or carpet first and then use this after, and I always clean out the parts in between users to keep everything running smooth. It also comes with an attachment that you can use on furniture or upholstery.
19. Veggie Chopper – This is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It makes chopping up veggies super easy and quick!
20. Sheet Set – These are the sheets that I have on every single bed in our home. They are the perfect combination of not being too hot or too cold and are super soft. They get even softer after the first wash.
21. HyperChiller – I gave a bunch of these out as Christmas presents after getting one for myself. It creates instant ice coffee or chills any beverage of your choice such as wine or other alcohol, soda, mixers.
