Spec home living room before and after!! This fireplace was a design dilemma for me with the asymmetric ceiling pitch, beams and a budget! If you remember I had shared that I wanted to do a cast stone fireplace but that definitely blew the budget and timeline 💸 So I went with a modern and sleek tile with lots of movement up close and a plaster surround with clean lines!
